1.What is Electric Precision Oven?
Electric PrecisionOven is the synonym of aging, drying, baking, curing, bonding, defoaming and other processes.
It can meet the requirements of storage, transportation and use time adaptability test of various products, parts and materials in high temperature constant temperature environment. It is suitable for the molding process of semiconductor devices and electronic components curing and aging in the electronic industry, as well as the experiments or workshop production lines with high temperature requirements of products in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and industrial and mining enterprises.

Heating System
1. Energy saving and electricity saving methods:SCR power regulator
Principle: The temperature controller manages the input and output signals, which are used to control the heating system's power. The thyristor regulates the heater's power to control the heating system's output. When the temperature of the heating system is significantly below the set point, the thyristor outputs full power, and the heater operates at full capacity. As the temperature approaches the set point, the thyristor's power output gradually decreases. Once the temperature reaches the set point, the thyristor's power output is zero, thus controlling the heating through power regulation.
2.Air circulation system
The left and right convection air supply circulation system must be designed to meet the temperature setting requirements and uniformity. Under the premise of ensuring the air volume, the air outlet should not blow directly on the top of the placed products.

4.1: Machine damage caused by careless or wrong use.

4.3: Unforeseeable damage or failure caused by natural disasters and other harsh environments.
4.4: After the warranty period, customers can renew the maintenance contract with the company and enjoy the services of the company for a fee.
5. With respect to the performance of the equipment, Party A shall have the right to request Party B to make modifications. If Party A requests modifications beyond the technical standards agreed upon by both parties, the modification costs shall be borne by Party A.
6. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period of the contract equipment, Party A shall notify Party B by telephone or fax. Upon receiving the notification, Party B must respond within 2 hours. If both parties agree that on-site handling is required, Party B must send personnel to the site for repairs and problem-solving within 72 hours (including holidays), and all related costs will be borne by Party B.

8. In order to make the machine purchased by your company run better, please abide by the following points when using our machine:
8.1. After the normal delivery of the machine, non-staff members shall not change the circuit of the machine without permission;
8.2. If the machine breaks down, please contact us. If any problem is caused by other personnel who are not our professional maintenance personnel, we will not assume any responsibility;
8.3. The internal parameters of machine control cannot be changed at will.
8.4 The company is not responsible for accidents and man-made damage to the equipment. Please be sure to comply with the provisions of the user manual and do not use the equipment for purposes other than those described in this user manual. Any violation will cause damage to the equipment or accidents.
9. Lifetime maintenance fee (only basic fees for transportation, labor and spare parts are charged). If your company fails to fully confirm with us due to procedural problems, and your department head has promised to use it, our company should give priority to troubleshooting.

Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Provide free samples for quality verification or testing. We will charge the sample fee and shipping fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after the bulk order is published.
