The company provides the following pre-sale and after-sales service for all the equipment sold:
1. Supply the goods in strict accordance with the technical specifications to ensure that the goods fully meet the technical requirements of the products in terms of quality performance and operation, and provide the certificate of factory inspection; Party B guarantees that the contract equipment is brand new and has not been used, and the technical indicators of the equipment meet the requirements of the technical specifications in the contract appendix.
2. Free installation and trial operation until normal operation;
3. Provide free training and explanation for your company's machine users until they learn;
4. One year free warranty (including transportation, labor costs, spare parts are free, except for human damage).
Note: The following is not covered by our free warranty and maintenance
4.1: Machine damage caused by careless or wrong use.
4.2: Self-inspection, modification and improper movement.
4.3: Unforeseeable damage or failure caused by natural disasters and other harsh environments.
4.4: After the warranty period, customers can renew the maintenance contract with the company and enjoy the services of the company for a fee.
5. With respect to the performance of the equipment, Party A shall have the right to request Party B to make modifications. If Party A requests modifications beyond the technical standards agreed upon by both parties, the modification costs shall be borne by Party A.
6. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period of the contract equipment, Party A shall notify Party B by telephone or fax. Upon receiving the notification, Party B must respond within 2 hours. If both parties agree that on-site handling is required, Party B must send personnel to the site for repairs and problem-solving within 72 hours (including holidays), and all related costs will be borne by Party B.
