Product Description

1.What is low temperature lowhumidity environment test chamber?
A low-temperature and low-humidity test chamber is a precision testing device designed to simulate low-temperature and low-humidity environments. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, automotive, aerospace,  scientific research, and material testing. Its primary function is to provide controlled low-temperature and low-humidity conditions for products, thereby verifying their performance, reliability, and durability under extreme environmental conditions.

2.Operational Principle:
(1) Air regulation mode: forced ventilation internal circulation balance temperature regulation;
(2) Air circulation device: built-in air conditioning device, circulating air duct, long axis axial flow fan;
(3) Heating method: high-quality nickel-chromium alloy electric heater. Room structure

3. Core functions:
(1) Environmental simulation
The test chamber can accurately control temperature and humidity, simulating extreme climate conditions such as tropical rainforest and desert. The temperature range is usually-70ºC to +150ºC, and the humidity range is 20% to 98%RH, which meets the testing requirements of different products.
(2) Performance testing
It is used to evaluate the waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant performance of products under high temperature and humidity environment, as well as circuit stability, insulation performance and life. For example, short circuit risk test of circuit board under high humidity condition, safety assessment of wet heat cycle of lithium battery, etc.
(3) Accelerated aging test
By simulating extreme wet and hot conditions, the aging process of products is accelerated to predict the life and reliability of products in actual use, and help researchers find design defects and make improvements.

4. Technical features
(1)Precise temperature and humidity control
The temperature range can reach-70ºC to +150ºC, and the humidity range can be as low as 10%RH, meeting the testing requirements of different industries in extreme environments.High precision sensors are used to ensure that the temperature and humidity fluctuation range is within ±0.5ºC, and the humidity fluctuation is within ±2%RH.
(2)Efficient refrigeration and dehumidification
The refrigeration technology or liquid nitrogen refrigeration system is adopted to rapidly cool and maintain low temperature stability. The dehumidification system combines condensation dehumidification and dry air circulation technology to ensure the long-term stability of low humidity environment.
(3)Safety and reliability
Equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protection, leakage protection, compressor overload protection, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The inner tank is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the outer box is made of cold-rolled steel plate spray coating treatment, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
(4)Humanized design
The touch screen operation interface supports the switching between Chinese and English, and displays the temperature and humidity curve and historical data in real time. The box is equipped with an observation window and a lighting lamp to facilitate the observation of the test sample status.

6.Customized Chamber Safety Precautions
(1)Over temperature protection setting: triple over temperature protection setting.
(2) Set temperature of the over temperature dial = set temperature + 15ºC. When the temperature in the box is out of control and exceeds the set temperature of the over temperature dial, the buzzer in the box alarms, the box is in standby state, and should be reused after manual reset.
(3) Over temperature alarm of the controller: when the product in the box continues to heat up and exceeds the temperature set by the internal parameters of the controller, the buzzer in the box will alarm, which should be manually reset and then reused.
(4)The third level of protection is controlled by the anti-dry burning protector. When the heating pipe is uncontrolled and continuously heated, the anti-dry burning protector senses the temperature and then transmits the signal to the controller for alarm.
(5) Phase sequence protection: the reverse phase connection or the missing phase connection of the main power supply is detected, and the device stops running.
