1.What is Rapid Temperature (Humidity) Change Test Chamber?
Rapid Temperature (Humidity) Change Test Chamber is a professional test equipment used to simulate the performance of products in extreme temperature change environment. Through rapid heating and cooling process, it evaluates the reliability, durability and functional stability of materials, components or finished products under drastic temperature fluctuations.

1.Q8 controller: continuous use for 15 years without failure. It can display real-time curve, historical data can be queried within three months, and exported through USB interface; clicking any part of the curve can display the current set temperature and display temperature, as well as the deviation value between the set temperature and display temperature.
2. High power compressor (two units of German Gullun), fast refrigeration effect, improve production efficiency.
3. Cold balance output structure, control the output ratio of cooling or heating, eliminate the constant temperature method of cold and hot balance, consider reducing the energy consumption of equipment from many aspects, energy saving and environmental protection to achieve more than 30%.
4. The test chamber adopts an upper and lower convection circulation air supply system and a special air duct to ensure the air volume and cooling speed, and the air outlet should not blow directly on the top of the placed products to ensure the uniformity inside the box. Reason: optical fiber is relatively light and easy to be blown out of order and the temperature difference between front and back is large.
5. The outer box material adopts 1.0mm thick rust-proof cold-rolled steel plate baked paint, and the main frame part of the outer box adopts 3.0mm, which has the function of shock absorption and noise reduction. In addition, fireproof grade noise cotton is specially added to reduce the noise generated by the machine operation.

Cooling Mode
The cooling mode is divided into: air cooling or water cooling
(1)Air cooling uses air circulation to dissipate heat, but the ambient temperature must be guaranteed at 25±5ºC to achieve the best cooling effect.
Disadvantages: If the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the life of the compressor and slow down the cooling speed.
Advantages: easy to maintain, the weather in northern China is cold, wind cooling units are mostly used
(2)Water cooling uses the fluidity of water temperature to dissipate heat, but it must be installed with a water tower, pump and pipe connection or chiller.
Disadvantages: there are indirect costs for the installation of water towers and pipeline connections, and it is not convenient to relocate.
Advantages: no requirements for the environment, fast cooling speed, long life of the compressor. In southern China, water-cooled units are generally selected because of the hot weather.
(3)Summary: The effect of water cooling and air cooling is to cool down, but the medium used is different, and the heat dissipation method is different. There is no good or bad between the two, users ultimately choose air cooling or water cooling, mainly based on the experimental site (compressor greater than 6P can not choose air cooling).After Sales Service

4.4: After the warranty period, customers can renew the maintenance contract with the company and enjoy the services of the company for a fee.
5. With respect to the performance of the equipment, Party A shall have the right to request Party B to make modifications. If Party A requests modifications beyond the technical standards agreed upon by both parties, the modification costs shall be borne by Party A.
6. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period of the contract equipment, Party A shall notify Party B by telephone or fax. Upon receiving the notification, Party B must respond within 2 hours. If both parties agree that on-site handling is required, Party B must send personnel to the site for repairs and problem-solving within 72 hours (including holidays), and all related costs will be borne by Party B.

8. In order to make the machine purchased by your company run better, please abide by the following points when using our machine:
8.1. After the normal delivery of the machine, non-staff members shall not change the circuit of the machine without permission;
8.2. If the machine breaks down, please contact us. If any problem is caused by other personnel who are not our professional maintenance personnel, we will not assume any responsibility;
8.3. The internal parameters of machine control cannot be changed at will.
8.4 The company is not responsible for accidents and man-made damage to the equipment. Please be sure to comply with the provisions of the user manual and do not use the equipment for purposes other than those described in this user manual. Any violation will cause damage to the equipment or accidents.
9. Lifetime maintenance fee (only basic fees for transportation, labor and spare parts are charged). If your company fails to fully confirm with us due to procedural problems, and your department head has promised to use it, our company should give priority to troubleshooting.
10. The spare parts used by our company are sold all over the country, and our company has more than eight years of inventory of maintenance backup components.FAQ
Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Provide free samples for quality verification or testing. We will charge the sample fee and shipping fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after the bulk order is published.
